I'm asked for a coupon code when I follow the email's link to activate but I never received a coupon in the mail. I've done chat and phone calls with various customer service phone numbers including 1-800-934-6489 but no one knew what this was about and was told by one rep that Xfinity stopped doing coupons in 2018.

It does seem that if I turn my VPN off I have better success. Kind of a pain to have to do that to send emails. I've checked our server logs and any time our server blocked an email in the last 14 days, the IP used to send the email was 188.8.131.52 or 184.108.40.206.
