Charter Payments. A 50% deposit is required upon signing our contract. Final payment and final in house menu choices are due 14 days prior to the event. Charter Cancellations: Owner will refund 75% of the total charter amount if cancelled 21 business days in advance of the charter date (1/2 original deposit returned).
