Is there a return policy for Dr Jays shirts?

As many have already posted dr jays return shipping policy is lacking to say the least and that's before you begin on the sizing for some of the "customer picks". Ordered 5 shirts, 3 were true XXL which is what i ordered, two others were marked XXL but were actually smalls or medium, they literally looked airbrushed on my body tight.

Can you get a refund on a drjays order?

I purchased $80 worth of merchandise from dr.jays and unfortunately my package got stolen. Due to COVID their customer service number is useless and they only responding to emails and messages on social media. If your package was lost or stolen they won’t grant store credit or any form of reimbursement.
